Roter presses and shears can be equipped with several additions to meet any requirement. They can also be customized with the client's requests.
Assistance and warranty
Thanks to a highly specialized technical staff, Roter provides helpline and on-site inspection services. Roter presses and shears are under a 1 year or 2000 hours of use warranty.
Installation and training
On demand, Roter handles the transportation and on-site installation of the machine, world-wide. The setup procedure is extremely quick: in a couple of minutes, the presses and shears are ready to work. Roter also takes care of the personnel training in operating the machines, while also providing a thorough usage and maintenance manual, spare parts, hydraulic and electric layouts.
Spare parts always available
Roter offers always available spare parts for each model of presses or shears, which are easily ordered throughout the Helpdesk system. Roter also ensures fast and prompt delivery.
